The checkout only offers PayPal for payments, can I pay by credit/debit card?
Yes. As all of our payments are securely processed by PayPal, you will proceed through the checkout process with PayPal selected as your preferred payment method. When you have entered your delivery details etc. and you click on the 'Review Order' button, the next screen to appear will be a PayPal screen (this may take a couple of seconds to appear depending on your internet speed). On this screen there is an option to pay via your PayPal account, however if you scroll down the screen there is also an option to 'Check Out as Guest'. If you select 'Check Out as Guest', you will have the option to enter your credit/debit card details for payment and your payment will be processed securely by PayPal.
Can I phone you to pay you over the phone/send you my payment details by email?
As all of our payments are processed securely online by PayPal, we cannot accept orders or payments over the phone. For the security of your payment information, we also do not accept payment details via email. As a note of general advice, we advise you never to send your payment details to any company or person via email, as this is not secure.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we can ship most of our products worldwide. As there are some international shipping restrictions on products such as alcohol, lighters etc., we provide shipping information on each individual product page so that you can see whether the individual item ships internationally.
The text on the product says 'I Love You', can that be changed to 'We Love You'?
If the product description specifies that the text 'I Love You' is featured on the product, then unfortunately, it cannot be changed. However, there may be similar products available that do not have any 'featured text' and will allow for your personal message to include the text you wish to have. The personalised details on the product I wish to order is limited to 20 characters. How can I add 25 characters?
The character limits provided on each product cannot be increased. The design of each product is carefully considered before setting character limits to give the best possible results and for this reason we cannot extend the character limit.
I wish to order two gifts to go to two different addresses. How do I do this?
In order to have two gifts delivered to two different addresses you would need to place two separate orders as only one delivery address can be specified per order.
