What are your delivery charges?

United Kingdom

UK delivery is FREE of charge on all orders of £50 or over! UK shipping starts at just £2.95 (Royal Mail 48hr). We also offer Royal Mail Tracked for £5.95.

Services available:

Royal Mail 2nd Class - The Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 days of despatch. This is not a tracked or guaranteed service. This service is also know as Royal Mail 48hr but we reiterate this is not a guaranteed 48hr service.

Royal Mail 1st Class- The Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1 day of despatch. This is not a tracked or guaranteed service. This service is also know as Royal Mail 24hr but we reiterate this is not a guaranteed 24hr service.

Royal Mail Tracked - The Royal Mail aims to delivery within 1 day of despatch. This service is a tracked service.

Please note that the times indicated above are after the item has been despatched and the production time indicated in the product description is the same regardless of the delivery option chosen.

Republic of Ireland

We offer two shipping options to the Republic of Ireland, the first is via Royal Mail and costs £5.00 (approximately 3-5 day delivery time) and the second is by a courier service and costs £12.00 (2 day delivery time). The Royal Mail service is a postal service that is not tracked or guaranteed in terms of delivery date.

International

We now offer international shipping on our personalised gift range via Royal Mail for a flat rate of £15 per order (all countries except UK and Ireland). Shipping times will vary according to destination country.

Please Note: Due to our carriers regulations, unfortunately we cannot ship alcohol or lighters to destinations outside the UK & Ireland.

Please also note that there are items in our wedding range such as wedding favours and accessories which currently only ship to UK and Ireland destinations. Where a product is not available for international shipping, this is indicated on the product description.

How long will it take for my order to be despatched?

Despatch times for each individual product are detailed within the product description. We ship all your items together so your order will be despatched when all items are ready.

Please note that working days are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (excluding Public Holidays)

Do you deliver to addresses outside of the UK?

Yes, we ship our gifts worldwide. Please note that alcohol and lighter gifts and some wedding accessories cannot be shipped internationally - these items are only available for shipping to addresses in UK and Ireland.

Who will deliver my order?

UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail and Republic of Ireland orders will be delivered by a trusted courier company or Royal Mail depending on the shipping option chosen. All international orders will be despatched by Royal Mail.

Can I collect my order from you?

While we could love to see you, in order to keep costs and prices as low as possible and to ensure efficient despatch of all orders, we do not offer a collection service.

What do I do if my order was damaged in transit?

If any item that you of ordered is damaged on receipt of your order, please email us at sales [at] vivabop.co.uk with a photograph showing the damage. On receipt of same, we will organise a replacement for you as quickly as possible.

Can I return my order? 

We believe that you will be entirely satisfied with your order. If, however, you wish to return your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will forward the necessary details to you to enable your return as quickly as possible.

This does not apply to perishable, digital or personalised products which cannot be returned.
