We aim to provide you with a wide selection of high quality products and make every effort to provide you with the information you need in a manner which is easy to navigate in order to make your shopping experience with us as pleasurable as possible. We are constantly improving our website and welcome any feedback you may have.
All material featured on this site is subject to copyright protection including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics and video clips and is our property or the content of our suppliers and protected by copyright laws. No material from our website can be reproduced without the prior authorisation of the copyright holders concerned.
We aim to ensure that all our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases from our stores. We offer a money back guarantee on all of our products with the exception of personalised products and perishable goods in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. Unless they are damaged or faulty, personalised products, edible goods or cameras are non-returnable and exchanges or refunds cannot be provided on these items.
In accordance with your legal rights, you can decide to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods except for goods that are personalised or customised for you or are perishable.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org , providing us with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason you wish to return the item. We will provide you with a returns number which must be included in the return package as this will enable us to process your refund.
We will issue a refund on goods returned to us (excluding the delivery cost) in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in their original saleable condition.
We advise you to return your items to us via a service that is insured for the value of the goods and is recorded as we can bear no responsibility for items lost in the post. Please also ensure that the packaging is secure as we cannot refund for items we receive damaged.
We cannot refund personalised items where an error has occurred due to any misspelling or error made when you entered the order details.
We will issue your refund as quickly as possible upon receipt of your goods, in line with the above information, but this may take up to 5 working days during busy periods.
If any of the items on your order have been damaged in transit, if you simply email us with details of the damaged items and a photograph indicating the damage, we will organise replacements for you as quickly as possible.

Payment can be made online using our secure payment processor Paypal. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make payments. You can process your payment with most major credit cards via Paypal and still benefit from the security this method provides.

We cannot however guarantee the accurate reflection of colours or images on your monitor or viewing device. All dimensions provided are approximate. We cannot accept liability for the accuracy of information provided. We maintain the right to make any alterations to the information presented, including the product prices at any time we deem necessary. We cannot accept any responsibility for any affect of ageing caused to any of our products or materials used.

Cancelling Your Order
We reserve the right to cancel your order if
- The product you ordered is no longer available.
- You provide personalisation details that are likely to cause offence, is racist, pornographic, insightful of hatred etc.
- We do not receive all or part of your payment for the order.
- We do not sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. When you place your order for alcohol products, you are confirming that you and the recipient of the alcohol product are aged 18 years or older. We maintain the right to refuse to sell alcohol products entirely at our discretion.
Delivery of Your Order
We provide details of despatch and delivery times for each individual product on each product page. Once your order has been despatched it will be delivered by the Royal Mail or a trusted courier service within the timeframe on our product/shipping information page.
Please allow sufficient time when placing your order to receive your goods in time.
We cannot accept responsibility for any delay to your order caused by force majeur, adverse weather conditions, industrial action or strikes, the provision by the customer of an incorrect postal address or any other circumstance beyond our direct control.
Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
